Production of Corduras

These materials are always made of PA yarn with Cordura certification.
In all cases, we turn to professional European factories for production needs, thus ensuring high quality and compliance with European standards.
It is worth mentioning that in the case of Cordura materials, individual production is extremely time-consuming and inflexible. This is mainly due to the difficult procurement of the PA yarn required for the materials.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS
- First, we assess the required parameters and the acceptable price range.
- Knowing these, we can start the procedure with the Cordura factories.
- In many cases, it may be necessary to produce several samples made in a laboratory.
Depending on the complexity, this procedure can take up to several months.
- In the case of this type of demand, factories usually set a minimum production quantity of between 500-1000 square meters.

DEFINABLE PARAMETERS
Composition:
Corduras are strictly made of Pa (polyamide) yarn. There are several different types of yarn for different uses.
It is possible to add special fibers (e.g. lycra, reflective fiber).
Corduras can be made without coating, with PU (polyurethane) coating, or AC (acrylate) coating. In addition to making the fabric stronger, the coatings prevent fraying and make the material waterproof.

Yarn thickness and yarn density:
The thickness of the yarn determines the thickness and strength of the Cordura. Yarn density affects the physical properties of the material.

Color and pattern:
The individual color is made based on a color sample or Pantone/RAL color scale.
It is possible to provide the material with camoflague or another pattern.
IRR painting is possible for military use.
