Production of PES/PA fabrics

PES and PA fabrics are used in a wide range of industries. Among other things, these fabrics are used in the production of leather goods, home textiles, pet equipment, outdoor and indoor furniture upholstery, medical aids, sports equipment, flags, promotional products, military equipment, hunting equipment, footwear products.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS
- First, we assess the required parameters and the acceptable price range.
- Knowing these, we can start discussing with the factories.
- In many cases, it may be necessary to produce several samples made in a laboratory.
Depending on the complexity, this procedure can take up to several months.
- In the case of this type of demand, factories usually set a minimum production quantity of between 500-1000 square meters.

DEFINABLE PARAMETERS
Composition:
The composition of the fabric can be PES (polyester) or PA (polyamide).
It is possible to add special fibers (e.g. lycra, reflective fiber, carbon fiber).
The fabrics can be ordered without coating or with PU (polyurethane) coating. In addition to making the fabric stronger, the coatings prevent fraying and make the material waterproof.

Yarn thickness and yarn density:
Yarn thickness and yarn density determine the basic physical properties of the fabric.
You can also choose from different weaving types.

Finishes:
We can carry out a wide range of finishes. The more common finishes include water-repellent, flame-resistant and UV-resistant, frost-resistant, antibacterial, antistatic, stiffening, dirt-repellent, or electrostatic charge-dissipating finishes.
Teflon impregnation or membrane lamination is also possible.
Textiles prepared for digital printing or transfer printing and heat treated can also be produced.

Color and pattern:
The requested color is made based on a material sample or Pantone/RAL color scale.
It is also possible to produce printed fabrics. The following technologies are available for this: transfer printing, pigment printing, digital printing and screen printing, IRR dyeing.

Technical parameters:
Fabric can be specified to meet a certain standard or physical property. This can be any ISO standard related to fabrics, tensile strength, abrasion resistance, elongation, etc.
We can have the specified parameters tested in a laboratory after production.
